Jonathan’s background is rooted in industrial coatings and concrete restoration inside production-sensitive facilities. He has spent his career working alongside engineers and maintenance managers to solve complex surface issues under tight timelines. His experience includes concrete and joint repair, high-performance coating systems, and operating in environments where safety, cleanliness, and coordination are critical.
He built his career on relationships. Clients return because they know he will walk the site personally, think through the variables, and deliver work that holds up under pressure. Much of the company’s growth has come through repeat business and word of mouth.
Jonathan earned his NACE Coatings Inspector certification early in his career, reinforcing his technical understanding of coating systems and surface preparation. The team brings more than three decades of combined hands-on experience to every project.
Mandi York leads operations behind the scenes, overseeing vendor onboarding, documentation, and coordination with plant requirements and safety protocols. Her work ensures projects move forward in an organized and professional manner, which is essential in regulated industrial environments.
Together, they have built a trained, OSHA-certified team prepared to work safely inside active facilities and deliver durable results without unnecessary disruption.
